Shipping
Do you offer mail delivery?
Yes, I offer shipping by mail. All orders are processed within 5-8 business days and will be shipped based on the shipping option selected at checkout. Delivery time will also depend on the volume and season of the mail.
Do you offer local delivery?
At this time, I do not offer local delivery.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
I currently do not offer an in-store pickup option.
What are the costs for shipping, local delivery and/or store pickup?
I offer a flat shipping rate of $5 for customers in Puerto Rico and $8 for customers in the United States. There are no costs for local delivery or in-store pickup as those options are not available.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive your order within 5 to 8 business days (except weekends and holidays) after order confirmation. Delivery time will also depend on the volume and season of the mail.
To which countries and/or towns do you send the products?
Currently, I ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, I do not offer international shipping.
Returns
What is the return policy?
The return policy is 10 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
What would be the steps to follow if I want to make any changes to my order?
If your item is defective or damaged, it can be replaced with the same item. Please email me at info@brendaleejewelry.com and ship your item to the address provided. You can manage your return independently through the returns portal here .

What would be the steps to follow if I receive my order defective or damaged?

What products can be returned?
Non-perishable products that are not intimate, sanitary, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, and that meet the policy requirements can be returned.
What products cannot be returned?
Perishable goods, flowers, newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, displays, gift cards, downloadable software, and some health and personal care items are not eligible for return.
What products can be exchanged for another?
Items are only replaced if they are faulty or damaged. In this case, they will be exchanged for the same item.
How long do I have to return an item or product?
You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return an item or product.
What are the conditions or rules for returning or exchanging a product?
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 10 days of delivery. Partial refunds are given in certain situations such as products with obvious signs of use.
What are my return options?
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit via a gift card.
Would I incur any costs for returning an item?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from it.
What would be the requirements for a return to be approved?
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
If the return is approved, to what address should I send my item?
If your return is approved, we will share the address where you should send the product.
Can sale items be returned?
No, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for returns. Only full price items can be returned.
